"Basement project: We met with Eric and he was our point person for the whole project. He and his team couldn't have been better. We were ripped off by another contractor a few years prior to this so to say we were gun shy was an understatement. Eric definitely made us feel comfortable with the whole process. The 2 guys who came in to do the carpentry did an excellent job, always included us on decisions, cleaned up after themselves, and were very personable. The quality of work was better than we could have ever imagined and the space looks awesome. They had to do some demo and redid a wall, added shelves and laid a floor. They stayed on track and on schedule and we felt the price quoted was fair and worth every penny.

The second project was exterior about a year later. We needed so panels replaced and repainted. Once again, on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Its hard to find a contractor to begin with and one that is honest and takes pride and cares about their work is a gem. We'll definitely use them again.

"Claudio and his crew did an amazing job. They stripped my home down to the wood. He found areas of rot as well as pests and clean those up. He sealed every window pipe with waterproof tape. He repaired rot. He waterproofed and weatherproof the entire home, then re-shingles using high-quality materials to ensure my home would be waterproof endurable. He replaced my front porch, found more areas of rot and opened up the front and made my home look amazing. He discussed every step with me and planned with me the entire time. "I kept Marco abreast of the progress of the house purchase. About five weeks before closing  (a Friday), I called him and asked when he could start. He said he thought he would be able to start on the Monday or Tuesday after closing, but it might possibly not be until Wednesday.  I though great, he'll probably get there that week. He and the crew were there Monday!  Typical Marco- a master scheduler. This entire job took 7-8 weeks, and during that entire time I can't think of a day when his crew and/or his subcontractors weren't on the job. He clearly has an good relationship with his subs- they were always there when needed, often on Saturdays and even on Sundays.
The job was on a tight budget to begin with, and ran into some major unexpected expenses.  Marco understood my financial position, and he and his crew knew how to maintain a decent level of quality but still move at high speed.  When the unexpected expenses appeared, he still kept costs down. Is the level of finish perfect in all the details? No- but I got a whole lot for the money.  I've no doubt that if I had the money, and asked for really clean finish work,  they would deliver that at an excellent price. . I do know that all the guts of the house are very good quality- wiring, plumbing, insulation etc- you don't want to cut corners on these, and Marco would never would. Several times when I was leaning toward some cheaper option, Marco would advise against it so I would end up having to redo it in 5 or 10 years- excellent advise.
I counted on Marco to handle a lot of decisions that most home owners make themselves- lighting fixtures, paint and tile choices, etc. So many times I'd be at work worrying about what something was going to look like next time I was there; then when I did get there, I'd think, Oh! that looks great! Letting him make the choices allowed him to get good materials at the right price.
You can trust Marco to treat everyone fairly- you, his crew, and his subcontractors. When everyone happy, the job speeds along, and the cost is kept down. Count yourself lucky if you have him on your next job.
