Get matched with top carpenters in Brookline, MA

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

"Gaby is excellent. He quoted my job accurately and honestly. He worked quickly and effectively- and was done in the time he had predicted. His work is stellar- we are so happy with our deck. He is also so kind and wonderful to have around. I highly recommend Gaby- I will use him again for all my carpentry needs. He is an excellent carpenter!!"

"We had last painted our house over 10 years ago and it was in dire need of carpentry work and exterior painting. I found it very easy to work with Real Painting from the start - they had solutions to all of our needs and the quote was detailed and easy to understand. The carpentry team was very skilled and their work exceeded my expectations for quality. The painting crew did an amazing job preparing the house for painting. They completely stripped the paint in most key areas and sanded the clapboards to perfection. Their attention to detail was immaculate - from caulking all to way to the finishing touches with our two-tone paint scheme. They also kept the site very clean. Everyone on the team was friendly, easy to talk to, and always showed that they cared for me as the customer. I am very happy with the work from Real - they delivered a great product at a reasonable price and within the expected timeframe."

"Robert Pino and his brother were amazing not only did they do an impecable job building the shed but he also helps do another project redoing the bathtrom in the house. He was very responsive and fast about scheduling us in. I highly recommend them for future projects"

"contractor is very professional and prompt."

"Mr DeVaux did an excellent job on the finish carpentry work, painting and staining on a stain glass window frame install in an existing wall. The mitered corners had no gaps. Even though the job requirements changed somewhat there were no additional charges. I plan to hire him again on additional projects."

"Mike and his crew did an excellent job. Mike always picked up the phone whenever I called I never once has difficulty reaching him during the duration of the project. With COVID and all there were some delays in materials and the price of lumber skyrocketed but Mike stayed true to his proposal. His worker were both skilled and professional. A job well done."

"We hired CRC Builders to extend our deck. They did a terrific job, on time, with perfect communication throughout. The extended deck looks just like the existing one."

"I hired Bob for several exterior projects on my home, including replacing rotting window trim, building custom window headers to match the originals, and sealing, sanding, and painting the trim. He’s a highly skilled carpenter and a hard worker who takes pride in his craft. He’s also friendly and great at communicating, always letting me know when to expect him. I’m very happy with his work and would gladly hire him again. Highly recommended!"

"Phenomenal experience with Marcelo and his team! We had several home improvement projects on our list, including replacing a rotting deck. When we reached out for an estimate, Marcelo responded quickly and gave us a thorough, honest assessment of the work needed. We were pleasantly surprised when he complimented the deck's structure and explained that only the boards needed replacing; not the entire frame. His transparency saved us both time and money. At our request, they also flipped the stairs to the opposite side, crafting beautiful, custom work that exceeded our expectations. Marcelo?s team was punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They worked cleanly and with great attention to detail. We couldn?t have asked for a nicer or more dedicated crew. We have more projects on our list and will absolutely hire PR Home Improvement and Painting again. From fair pricing to exceptional work, they have our highest recommendation!"
