"He installed the kitchen light and found an unnecessary red wire. He also attempted to fix the two way switch. However, after he had left, I found that our garage lights did not work. I called the company and they sent him back to fix his error. He did so and indicated that the extra red wire was the problem. We now have an operating kitchen light and the garage lights work too. The two way switch is apparently unfixable due to the afore mentioned red wire.
This technician was a very nice guy but his back ground was as a carpenter. I think that an electrician would have solved the red wire problem without a need for a return trip. I would use this vendor and the tech again but only for carpentry issues!
