"I was very pleased with the work done by Chris at Rochester Renovation. His designer, Bev did a great job coming up with a beautiful plan with very nice materials, while being mindful of my budget. Quotes from other companies for the same cost had inferior cabinets, counters, and flooring. During the actual remodel, it was clear to me that Chris was very experienced and knew what he was doing. A few unexpected things came up during the demo (problems with the existing soffits and floor), but Chris was able to resolve them and he communicated with me very well throughout the whole process. He is an excellent carpenter. I especially appreciated his attention to detail. I knew that every little thing was going to come out looking wonderfully -- and it did! I found Chris very easy to work with and enjoyed his company. I would highly recommend him, especially if you are a perfectionist and want someone who will make sure the job gets done right."
