"The day I saw the T&S Handyman truck parked on my street was the luckiest day in my renovation life! Temur, the owner, met with me and we scoped out what I was looking to have done. After agreeing on the the job details, the job began promptly and continued without missing a day. He and his crew, Said and Firuz, treated my place with great care while focusing on the smallest details of their work. All three are terrific craftsmen. They're great guys who take much pride in their work and aren't happy until the customer is. It can be so difficult to find an honest and trustworthy contractor, I'm telling you Temur is one of the few. Do yourself a favor and hire these men for the work you have in mind. You will be happy you did."

"Mack Rubio does fantastic woodwork. He and Juri responded within minutes of my request for new porch stairs and railings, as well as replacement of rotted fascia and siding. His work is solid, fast, and precise. Excellent skill and craftsmanship. His estimates are affordable and his team are always punctual and professional. This is my first home purchase and it is a fixer-upper, so I will definitely be calling Mack again for assistance with all of our home improvement projects. I highly recommend HandyMack for all home repairs and renovations!"

"Aldo was great to work with. He painted our entire condo (1075 square feet) and put in new floors upstairs to make our condo ready to sell. He also fixed a couple of issues around the house which made our place look amazing! He gives you the best value for your money and does an amazing job. Very happy with our place!!"

"Metropolitan Painting & Contracting painted my apartment, which included wallpaper removal, skim coating, baseboard replacement and painting. The quality of the work was excellent, the walls being very flat and lines straight. They started on the date planned and completed the project within the time estimate. Mr. G and his crew were very courteous, protected my floor and non-painted surfaces (wood, brick, bookcase), and worked with me to get the details right. Baseboard work and crown moulding work by carpenter Fernando was highest quality, being very straight and adjusting to floor height. I would hire Metropolitan again for my next project."

"Mrs. and Mr. Construction completed deck maintenance, installed a vanity, caulked the shower area, and renovated the kitchen tile floor. The results were very satisfactory and met professional standards. They provided proposals detailing the required tasks and adjusted the final proposal according to budget constraints. They attended all appointments punctually and worked outside regular hours when necessary. Professional advice was given regarding additional property work. Further tasks such as wood floor renovation, backyard fence installation, and other projects are planned to be assigned to them. They are recommended for similar work. Very courteous client service."

"Professional, genuine, and accommodating. Most other landscapers I have spoke to alway require a contract before they do anything. He came out and did a wonderful job l. I'll be using him again."

"The company are efficient in cleaning up after work is done. Came early and worked a full day. My only complaint is that they need to address staff on being more mindful of clients personal items and not to do rush up jobs. Fortunately they have one very good worker that makes up for all others. I would hire them again in the future and I believe in being straight forward with them."

"Very dependable and great work. Would hire again."
