"We hired Rios and Sons to pressure wash our home. They were extremely responsive, respectful, polite, punctual, and thorough in every possible way. They went above and beyond to make every inch of the exterior of our home look as spotless as it has in decades. We literally can't recommend them enough, and will soon be using them again for some painting, and woodworking. Absolutely phenomenal!"

"Fantastic work rebuilding our deck, stairs and repairing our siding. They showed up on time, worked neatly and left us with beautiful results. All at an affordable price. They will be our go to contractor from now on!"

"This is the second project I have done using this company. The first project was a major addition which the owner personally came out to my home and walked me through the entire project with me. The craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations and he cut no corners at all treating my home as if it was his own. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to get the job done and his knowledge and experience definitely showed throughout the entire process. The second project was an electrical one and I couldnâ  t be happier with the results everything was done on time & neat. I was once again impressed at the quality work this company does and I will definitely be using them again for all my genral contracting needs. These days itâ  s hard to find a reliable company that can do it all, Well I definitely trust Corey and his crew for all my construction needs!"

"Would highly recommend par holdings to anyone that needs electrical work done. They handled everything from the permit to calling the town inspector. Dennis sr and Dennis Jr were both wonderful to deal with. Had the work done on time, on budget, and no stress. I highly recommend their company for anything that you might need."

"They work with your budget. Very kind and respectful."

"Tom worked with us to ensure our needs were met in the design and throughout the construction project and we are pleased with the end result but the communication throughout the process was challenging. We had to initiate all communication and he did not keep us in the loop frequently enough. Still has not come back to fix two defective wood rails after completing the project over 8 months ago. Very frustrating experience."

"From beginning to end of our project, Dan and his team were professional and knowledgeable and accommodating. Our experience was overall positive and we would definitely recommend him and use his services again for our next project."
