"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

Every professional rug cleaner knows the carpet needs to be thoroughly dried or the carpet will start to deteriorate. It also smelled musky when they returned it. "Upon  entering my condo the cleaner immediately issued a sales pitch saying the rate quoted on Angie's List  ($78.00) would not be more than a surface cleaning and would not really clean my "heavily  trafficked carpet" and that his cleaning would last five years!    I live alone and don't entertain often.  There were some l soiled areas which needed attention but most of the carpet was in  good shape though the cleaner  immediately said the carpet showed signs of "wear and tear." (The carpet had been cleaned roughly a year ago )     Three men came to do what has in the past been a one person job.     In retrospect I should have told them to leave without cleaning when the overpriced estimate was made.  There is no indication in the receipt I have which guarantees this cleaning job' for "five years.!"
