At the end of each day (as customary for Paul/Vicki), we were provided a thorough update on everything completed that day as well as plans for the next day -- followed by a thorough clean-up of the area. We always felt completely informed throughout the entire process and, unlike other contractors, 100% of their time and attention was fully dedicated to us for the duration of our project. Paul/Vicki were able to address all of our questions and concerns and even help provide us many options to keep our costs as low as possible. Estimates were detailed and thorough, and every aspect of the job met and exceeded our specification demands. All work was performed to existing code and numerous permit inspections were performed throughout the job due to its size. Even the inspectors with the city commented on how flawless their work was, especially compared to most other jobs that they see. Therefore, we are extremely pleased and have full confidence and complete peace of mind in our final product.
