"Nick was great to work with. He was professional, prompt and thorough. He was undeterred by the little (and big) things that come up when working on older homes, and just plowed ahead and got things done. The workmanship is excellent and the job took exactly the time he said it would. Good guy. Good carpenter."

"Nick's work and the finished deck far exceeded my expectations! Excellent communications, they showed up when they said they would, the job was started and finished in less than a week. I highly recommend Nick Holker Construction. B"

"Landson Construction is there for anything you need done. It was a real pleasure working with them. They were professional, honest and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job guys."

"Jared demonstrated an impressive knowledge of decks, deck repair and local building codes. He was also able to create unique solutions to my deck’s unique problems. In addition, he was friendly and customer service oriented."

"The project was very much discussed and we put all our ideas together and Dimitry shared some of his ideas of what might be some better options that we had not thought of previously going into these projects. One big suggestion was do the cabinetry in a white shade instead of using a color because he reminded us it would be much easier to change your wall colors and much more difficult to repaint the cabinetry. This worked out great and we did the same thing for the linen cabinetry in the hallway. In the bathroom he added 2 floating shelves in natural wood shade on one wall and made a super large framed mirror directly across from the shelves above the double sinks, and kept these in a natural wood shade also, looked great and added another color tone to the room which created more excitement. Self closing drawers, meticulous workmanship and full of super suggestions. I wanted a bit more added to our mirror, it just needed a bit more wood and he came out and suggested an idea and then made a return trip and added it and the mirror looked just the way I wanted it to be. Dimitry is a true Artisan, he will please you and his mastery of custom cabinetry will speak for itself."

"They did great work and were very punctual. Made the job very easy to get done! The doors look great"

"I felt heard. And they are quick to respond to texts and calls. And the deck they built is exactly what I wanted. Now I have to start landscaping!"

"I couldn’t be happier. They presented written contracts to protect me, the homeowner, not just them. The contract clearly outline payment schedules and roofing material used (brand, type, and colors). They worked with our insurance company and pointed out things the insurance inspector did not take into consideration. Pro Custom Builders filed for the permits and are licensed and insured. They have the right tools and safety equipment. The roofers were experienced. We are very satisfied with the work. Even though, they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The next day, a different person came out to check the yard, again, looking for nails. It is great to have a perfectly done roof."

"They were fantastic doing our bathroom remodel"

"I had two different people come out for my project. They were both wonderful."
