"Fantastic! Trevor worked personally with us from the initial estimate all the way through completion of construction. He ran every number, gave us lots of different ideas, was patient, and had no problem using the design we brought to him. He asked lots of questions and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We knew he would be busy throughout the summer, but he kept us up-to-date with the timeline and met the scheduled start date. When he did start, he was right there with his two guys, 100% hands-on the whole way through. They were extremely professional, and worked hard, bell to bell, from start to finish. We didn't necessarily know what to expect, but they finished in less than 5 days! After they were done, Trevor made sure we got all the relevant inspection and permit paper work, and our yard looked like they hadn't even been there. Except of course for the deck, which is absolutely spectacular! We've been on it every night since they finished and we love it. We couldn't be happier with Trevor, and we will be calling him again when we're ready to finish the basement. Finally, we'll note that we did our research, received several bids prior to making our initial decision, and Trevor came in the lowest by quite a bit. "After another company installed the supporting retaining wall, Artistic Fence came in a week later and a two-man team installed the fence posts. Then about three days after that a different carpenter came and built the fence. The fence looked great and the three gates worked fine.
After about a week, the main gate started to stick when opening. Since the sticking seemed to be getting worse, I called the company and explained the problem. Shortly, a temporary brace was installed to support the gate. Their carpenter reported that one of the fence posts supporting the gate was warped (this was what we suspected). He recommended two possible solutions: install a bracket between the post and our garage, or remove the warped post and install a new one. We decided to try the bracket idea.
It took a little time for their carpenter to fit us in. He installed the bracket with additional bracing on the inside of the garage making it very strong. The gate works fine now with no sticking.
While I felt like I had to prompt the company a few times, and it took a little bit of time to get the warped post braced, I am very happy with the finished product."

"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"
