"We hired Heartland Village General Contracting and Handyman Services to execute a full, top-to-bottom renovation of our bathroom at the beginning of March of 2026. This was a major project involving demolition , new flooring, updated electrical and plumbing to accommodate a new layout of the bathroom. The company manager/owner, Harvey, was excellent. He provided a detailed project schedule before work began and proactively communicated every step of the way. The quality of the final product exceeded our expectations. "Following several disappointing attempts to engage a contractor, even one we had used previously, to refresh a second bathroom, we found ETC Home Improvement on Angie's List. While we saw a host of reviews that were nothing short of wonderful, we remained tentative. That was until we contacted ETC's owner, Eddy. He spoke with us on a Saturday, met with us the following Tuesday evening. He reviewed and discussed the scope of the project and offered his insights and suggestions that ultimately made the outcome even more pleasing to us. We were sold on this professional, pleasant man. Clipping chain links and allowing them to fall on wood floors â ¦ placing old fixtures on wood floors.
