"Our front yard needed some structure. Gadi helped design and build two entry pillars in stone masonry, plus a new walkway to the door. The old path was narrow and cracked, and the new one is wide and fits the property better. The pillars gave us a real entrance feel. They also ran low-voltage lights inside the pillars so they light-up at night. It's not flashy, just clean and sharp. The stone matches the front steps, and everything feels like it belongs now. Gadi and his crew kept things simple and stuck to our request. Would work with them again."

"Felipe's wood working skills are fantastic. He had to replace a section of redwood molding around a window on a second story. The replacement molding wasn't an exact profile match but after he was done installing and painting, you would never know. It looks perfect. I also hired him to clean off a shed roof that was a mess. It turned out to be more work than he expected but he honored his bid and did another great job and cleaned up beautifully. He is a really great guy and we look forward to having him help us with our bathroom remodel."

"I was totally wrong in thinking that this company would do a good job because in reality they did something spectacular, the entire work team was very kind and attentive to our family, we are a family that does not open the door to anyone but we decided to trust American Professional Builders, Jose was very friendly and understanding with all of our needs, he always tried to adapt the work to each one's style, my children's rooms are comfortable, elegant and at the same time they can play and have fun with the design that Jose created especially for them, our yards are safe for the children and at the same time we can enjoy a weekend with the wonderful Deck with fireplace and kitchen, the pool with games that Jose recommended and that he built is beautiful and fun for the family, the type of tile he used looks luxurious and the pavers he installed with the artificial grass around it were exactly what we dreamed of, we are going to build an ADU soon and we are already working on the pl"

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. "The small job I heard his estimate was way overpriced I told him what I would pay and he accepted that. For the other projects, I told him about his estimate was way overpriced compared to other bids that I received"
