He was diligent, paid attention to detail, came back on multiple times to finish up some details due to the fact it had rained one day and he wanted to be certain he had properly filled (caulked) every window properly. Bill's work was impeccable...he even stayed past 7 pm on a Friday evening to ensure the new door they were installing was properly fitted and locked so we wouldn't have to worry over the weekend.
