"Simms renovation LLC did a amazing job framing up my porch. The communication was everything for me, and they succeeded while still finishing the project on time I would recommend them to anyone and everyone"

"From the moment I signed the contract, the company representatives were in contact with me. They were ready to get the job done. I was provided with details about who to contact in case I needed clarification about anything. The installers arrived on the day ready to work and were very professional. The project manager Tim O'Leary was in contact with me days before the installation and during the installation. He sent before and after photos of my roof. He explained the work that has been done by his men. After completion, I did a walk through with him in which he answered all my questions. I am glad to have such a knowledgeable person to work on my house. Yes, I will recommend this company."

"He was honest, he said he could not do the job because he was not able to do electrical work."

"These guys did a fantastic job!! Our mower was out of commission and our lawn had gotten out of hand!! Sunshine came and suddenly my lawn looked like green velvet!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for coming out so quickly and doing such a fabulous job for us!!!!"

"Perfectly accomplished. Wilson is a highly skilled craftsman. Work was done in a timely and not overly expensive manner."

"We had our master bath completely demolished and rebuilt. We were very nervous because we’d never taken on a project like this, but we purchased a 30 year old home knowing we’d have to. We got 2 separate estimates that came in almost identical in price, so we were comfortable we were well within the industry standard for this type of work. The plan was laid out for us and carried out exactly as promised. Everything was handled professionally and we’re extremely pleased with the quality of the work. If we were ever in a situation to require this type of work again in the future, there wouldn’t be 2 estimates because we wouldn’t bother calling anyone else. We would be totally comfortable recommending this contractor to anyone, and would not hesitate to rehire this contractor again ourselves. This was our first experience with a bathroom remodel and it couldn’t have gone any better. We’re thrilled with the outcome."

"Miguel and team did an awesome job. They painted the interior of my home and my screened porch. They also put screen under my porch. When they were done they cleaned up the job sight and did a final walk through to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done around their home."

"Spectacular!!! So nice, I don't want to rent it to vacation guests; however, it is part of my business and I must.
