"I cannot say enough about Fred and the work he does. He completed a whole kitchen and bathroom remodel for me. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We all know having your house in disarray is stressful. Throughout the project, his punctuality and progress was amazing. He arrived everyday ready to work and kept me constantly informed of the progress. The worksite was always well maintained and organized which cannot be overlooked. What truly sets him apart is his attention to detail and commitment to quality. He is honest and reliable which I think is very hard to find these days and reasonably priced! Also available to answer all my questions concerns. You will not find a better contractor. I know as I have been working in the new construction industry for over 10 years now. Give Fred a call, you will not be disappointed."

"They were punctual and thorough. Design was somewhat complex with a large pergola and when there were solutions that needed to be arrived at the communication was excellent. Quality of the construction is very high quality and precise. We have had a lot of work done on our house and one thing that seemed to be a common thread among contractors was that once the sub-contractors got started the contractor would leave. Often-times the subs would take advantage of this and cut corners or do sub-standard work that would have to be done over again. This was not the case with Southern Decks. The brothers that are owner-contractors and make sure that they are present at all times when work is being done. They are very accommodating when there are changes that come up and either do the work or communicate a very fair price for the extra work. They do not take advantage of being in the middle of a project to impose extra charges. The work on the deck infrastructure was so good in its integration with the structure of our house that some areas of the floors inside of the house were notably more stable. It is as if we also received work to further reinforce the subfloor in part of our house for free. I wish there was a way to post pictures here because the deck and pergola is really awesome looking. I would heartily recommend Southern Decks for your deck project."

"Very good at what they did. They fixed my problem. It was a challenge but we got it fixed. They were a little late and ran later than anticipated. All in all it was good."

"This company is superb! Yes I would highly recommend them. They did a excellent job. Also, they were friendly and gave me advice."

"The drywall repair and painting looks amazing, and they had to rebuild my bathroom vanity to fit the new top. It looks really great. These people are so nice and real professionals."

"He is always on time, real professional, and exceeded everything we asked for, craftsmanship and quality overall."

"Gary did exceptional work. I had wanted to have shiplap put up on my wall in the living room and bonus room, Gary listen to my idea and made it happen. He was very friendly and courteous, he had great ideas and help me place an order for a Chucky Mantel. I appreciate all his help and the quality of work he did. I would definitely have him to do more renovations. Wanted to say "Thank you" for a great job!"

"Terry and his crew did a amazing job! We couldn’t be happier! He and his crew were very professional and completed the job when they said they would. They cleaned up after the job. Very pleased. Would definitely hire again"
