He went above and beyond by taking care of several small fixes at no extra charge — tightening loose screws on a sagging screen door, adjusting a door strike plate so it would close properly, and carefully sealing exposed wood with caulk to prevent future issues. He went out of his way to make sure the siding replacement matched the old color perfectly when it was very difficult to find.
