I contacted Mr. Handyman (on a Saturday and holiday weekend), and to my surprise received a call back the same day. Ron explained his services and costs, and scheduled his craftsman Robert to come that Monday to see what was needed. Robert then returned on Wednesday and installed everything by end of day...great work, exactly what we needed and when we needed it. I'm very pleased with the quality of work, responsiveness, punctuality and overall professionalism of both Ron and Robert. The cost was more than I was expecting, but parts were the culprit, which I had underestimated. Rob addressed all my concerns before I paid the invoice. Overall, very happy with Mr. Handyman!"
