"New Generation Painting gifted us with one of the best experiences weâ ve ever had with a contractor! Our home was in serious need of exterior painting and extensive dry rot repair. We interviewed several potential contractors, but when we met Ivan, we knew weâ d found our person. He is a hands-on business owner who books limited jobs so quality stays high. He was on site every day. His team got mad props and respect from our neighbors, who were amazed at their skill, precision, and professionalism. In fact, several neighbors wanted their contact information after seeing their work! They completed the job beautifully, on time, and in budget, Their communication was excellent. We honestly would not consider hiring anyone else for future jobs- these guys are seriously the best!! Thank you Ivan, Sarai and New Generation Painting!"

"Rolando is great - he responded immediately to the request, gave me the lowest quote of three contractors I had out to assess, and did the work on schedule with no issues."

"Karol is a very nice guy to work with. He is approachable, easy to communicate with. He goes through the project from end to end on our first visit, explain how he would build the frame, cut the wood, the timeline. He also finds a stone guy and coordinates the work. When actually doing the work, he puts cardboards on our floor to avoid scratching. Upon request, he also did a prototype for us, and when we change our mind to use a different style, he redoes the bulk of the project. I would recommend Karol to anyone who needs carpenter work!"

"Great job doing the work needed around the house. Highly recommend"

"Josh did a great job on my roofing repair! He showed up when he said he would, and the roof looks great! He also installed some replacement skylights and siding. He sent many pics of the job as I wasn’t able to be there when the work was performed. I will definitely use him again."

Everything was completed as promised, and the finished result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend LEES PRO BUILDER for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality construction work."

"Richard documented and itemized the work to be done in a good quote. This made it easy for me to select the priority services I wanted. While I bought the replacement door, Richard was helpful advising me what door to select, and an efficient Home Depot to get it at. Richard was patient while inspecting the work to be done, and explaining what was need. Richard began in a timely fashion, and worked with my schedule. i am very happy with the resulting door installation."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"
