Nancy Hung, the closet designer, suggested what she thought would work for me after we discussed what I was interested in. She asked me if I had time for her to draw the design right then. If not, she would have sent a computer generated design to me by email. I had the time and much preferred her hand written design as it was clearer to me than the designs of the other two companies I received by email.
The day of the work, they arrived on time and in a little over three hours the job was done. They removed the hardware that was currently in the closet, spackled the holes, and installed shelves, rods, and a laundry hamper. I had recently changed a light fixture and there were some holes left since the new light fixture was a different size than the old one. The workman asked me if I would like him to spackle those holes too. I thought that was so nice of him to offer since clearly that was not part of what he had to do.

His attention to detail and concern for getting it right was laudable. I loved his way of excitedly telling me all he had to do to get around problems. He cared about quality. He also did a lovely job on the 2 spots in another bedroom which were not even part of the project. I have had so people do work here recently and I have to point out all the problems. Then I find more problems after they leave. It was gratifying to have someone get it all right the first time."
