"I highly recommend Chris at Eastside Emerald Home Repair! Chris totally remodeled my kitchen & as a result of how great that looks, I had him work on many other smaller projects. Chris is a great communicator, reliable, trustworthy, and creative w/ challenging situations. He is a professional who often exceeds expectations (he can be a perfectionist!). I've referred him to a few friends, who have also been extremly pleased w/ his work. Chris charges a reasonable rate, for the professional job you'll receive. And on top of that, he's also a really nice guy to work with - I can't recommend Chris enough! ð"

"Brayden was great! He built a brand new deck for us and it turned out fantastic. He was prompt and I was able to get a hold of him throughout the entire process. He even finished everything much sooner than I anticipated, which never happens in the construction world. He ripped up our existing deck- hauling everything away, and built a brand new one in just a few days. Pouring concrete footings for the stairs for a nice solid/dry landing spot. I would highly recommend him for any project you need completed."

"Near Me Roofing Company came and gave us a professional quote and answered our question. They then showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up and left our roof in a much better state. We were very happy with Near Me Roofing Company and would not hesitate to use them again."

"Ryan replaced 160 feet of cedar fence that bordered two neighbors for us. The whole job took 3 days, and these weren't the most straightforward installations, as he had to deal with differing grades, rockeries, and challenging landscaping. He came up with options that worked great and we love the finished product, so much better than what was there. His communication was excellent as we talked about the project all the way through completion. Highly recommend."

"Stacks welding did great on a job I hired them for. They were punctual on show up time, which is always greatly appreciated with my hectic schedule. Handled my issue promptly and I was very pleased with the outcome. It has been about 3 weeks to a month since the job was completed and everything is going great. No need to call back for repairs or failures. Would definitely keep in mind for any future jobs or issues."

"I needed to stabilize a slope. Norberto presented a plan for a retaining wall and drainage that was both functional and attractive. He provided a detailed bid for labor and materials that was competitive with several other companies He and his crew completed the job efficiently while taking care not to damage existing shrubbery and ornamentals. Norberto is professional and easy to work with. He was very good about coordinating with me. I have and will continue to use his company for other projects."

"I have been a homeowner in the PNW for nearly 20 years now, & I know how difficult it is to find decent contractors in this area. While preparing my home for sale recently, I had an extensive list of tasks I needed completed that really ran the gamut: from painting, drywall & electrical to trash removal. The property was in a dilapidated state after years of neglect & I had a limited budget to apply to the project. I met with-or tried to meet with-several contractors through Angieâ s List. I endured no-show after no-show & dozens of flat-out ignored messages. I was talked down to, treated rudely, given outrageous quotes or told wait times were 6-8 months, sometimes even to get a mere quote! I was at my witâ s end. As a woman & a lay person, it can sometimes be difficult to navigate these waters; but this was beginning to feel pretty hopeless! I was left frustrated & a little angry, even. Then, Angieâ s List sent me a referral for Cedarbrook Construction. I called & surprisingly, CJ returned my call that day-within hours. The day we met for the quote, he was early & he confirmed via text. I was stunned! From that point on, I have been pleased & impressed with Cedarbrook Construction. CJ began by taking detailed notes during our discussion & house tour-something no other contractor had done. That is because Cedarbrook is completely above board. They make sure that everything is in writing; & that makes you feel protected & confident as a client. CJ immediately drafts contract changes so everything you discuss is clearly represented for both parties. There is never any confusion over what needs to be done or pricing; & if there are questions or issues, he faces them head-on. CJ & his team are fantastic: they do great work. They all go the extra mile for you. It is evident that they care about their work from the quality of the results. Another great thing about Cedarbrook is their consistent accessibility: (this is essential & yet seems to make Cedarbrook a unicorn among PNW contractors) CJ is actually reachable & always responds quickly to inquiries. He also uses the Rivet app, so you can track the progress of your projects in real-time. Their pricing is extremely fair & reasonable. Lastly, & this is lovely-he & his employeesâ attitudes are always upbeat & cordial. Thanks to CJ & his team, my house was on the market for a mere four days. It looked like eye candy when they were done. I was proud to show it off & hand it over to the new owners, knowing that the work that had been done to prepare it for them was solid. The bottom line is that Cedarbrook Construction just cannot be beat-they are the BEST contractor, hands down, I have ever used in the PNW!!!"

"Awesome job guys! Oscar and Diego even designed and built a custom stair railing to give our home a beautiful and unique look."

"“Planet Builders, LLC” Recently installed siding on the walls of my home. They were very informative about the project and cost before they began. They preformed the work professionally and I was very satisfied with the completed results."

"Kam did an amazing job painting the entire interior of my home. He provided a fair quote, communicated well, always showed up on time, and was meticulous in his work. He laid down several coats of paint where necessary and took his time to tape everything up, remove outlet covers, lay down tarps, etc. The results look great! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and would recommend in a heartbeat. I especially appreciated Kam's extensive knowledge of construction. I was working on many other projects around the house, and Kam was always there to either give me tips, lend me tools, or jump in and get involved himself. If you are doing a remodel and have other jobs in addition to painting, Kam would be a great guy to hire."
