He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. The replacement molding wasn't an exact profile match but after he was done installing and painting, you would never know. It looks perfect. I also hired him to clean off a shed roof that was a mess. It turned out to be more work than he expected but he honored his bid and did another great job and cleaned up beautifully. He is a really great guy and we look forward to having him help us with our bathroom remodel."
