For our main stairwell, we needed to build a closed stringer, custom railing, newel post, stair treads to match existing floors, and trim work. He was the ONLY person willing to custom build the newel post to the exact dimension and style I wanted and actually sat with me and drew it out exactly. Every other bidder told me my only option was to choose from a catalog, but Russ fashioned it from scratch! This convinced me he was the one to hire for ANY CUSTOM WOODWORK.
