"MJ Remodeling & Carpentry were outstanding. They increased the value of my home in a matter of days. They stand behind their name. They are proficient and professionals in painting & carpentry. This company I highly recommend and endorse. I am preparing for my next home project. Do I really need to name the company I will hire to do the job?"

"We hired Melvin to create custom closets for our bedroom. When we started there were only very generic wire shelves but when we finished it was an incredibly organized, beautifully designed work of art! Melvin stayed on time and on task and was very communicative throughout the entire process. We have already gotten quotes for potential future projects. We would absolutely recommend him for his excellent work and professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with him!"

"Dennis and Esmeralda did a great job on acquiring and installing my attic stairs in the garage. They were prompt and professional and do quality work. I will use them again if I need more work around the house done."

"The work was performed much better than we had ever hoped. This is a ramp that will last the lifetime of the house."

"Have hired him to paint the fence, great customer service"

"Very friendly to work with, good quality work for reasonable price. Returned deck furniture and lights that had to be removed for their work, to their original spots. Would recommend!"

"Professional workmanship, ethical experience-based evaluation, exceptional customer service. Evans LLC, Inc. quickly responded to our request on “Angie’s” and asked for photos. Within 48hrs. a project manager arrived, patiently discussed our needs/concerns and made recommendations. He left us with a chart to select a paint colors. Our deck was restored using new wood in affected areas rather than totally replaced as some companies had suggested. Water damage on the bottom of an entry door frame was repaired rather than replaced. Kudos to Evan’s expert carpenter/painter. Our gutters and garage door glowed after pressure washing rather than painting. We decided to repaint our front porch railings and columns; a few years ago a previous painter did a poor job. We are pleased by our exceptional experience with Evans LLC, Inc. and are eager to “pass the word” to our family and friends."

"C & L were professional and reliable throughout the process. They carefully watched the weather to ensure the best results for cleaning, stripping, repairing, and repainting my large wooden deck, railings, and stairs. They were polite and responded to my questions and suggestions. They went above and beyond with extras and never nickled and dimed me for little things. Super easy to work with and pleasant and fair. I will hire them again, likely for a bigger project!"

"Workers were polite and did a good job. Cleaned up after themselves. Put together some furniture, built a railing, and cut the grass and overgrowth."

"Great job in a timely manor!"
