"The house looks great and we have gotten tons of compliments from our neighbors and friends. Our project manager Chuck was very responsive when we had questions, needed to get more info, or talk about the status of the work. After the siding was up we did a walk around to make sure all the areas were clean and the work met my requirements. I had started a punch list of my own and they had corrected everything before we even did our walk around. All I had to do was scratch the items off my list. Nice job catching those items. The painters were awesome! They really took the time to watch the overspray, mask off everything, and make sure we were totally happy when they finished. We could not be happier."

Before I went to bed that evening, Fred had a quote sitting in my inbox ready for me to approve. The following Tuesday, Fred's crew, led by a 2nd generation carpenter Ed, arrived onsite as committed and began the rebuild. Each day when the crew finished up, they cleaned up the area and had everything prepped for an early start the next morning. By Friday afternoon the job was completed and my new deck is ready for another 25 - 30 years. Having been a service provider for 33 years, I know good service when I receive it.
