"He did a great job, put a falling apart door handle on a custom door together and it was back working good as new. I would recommend him again for help with home repairs. Smart, fast, and efficient. Nice and polite. Good guy."

"Well, this was an early Christmas gift! Found Dylan through home advisors. He promptly called after we sought a handyman to replace our fireplace mantle. Itâ s harder than heck to find someone, anyone, to do small household projects, let alone someone so quickly. We exchanged photos of the old mantle and the new one. Dylan promised to stop by to finally estimate the project. Hereâ s the best part: Dylan, who makes for a very good first impression, offered to start the job right then and there, saying he could do the demo work and finish two days later. Hereâ s the even better part: He completed the demo and then mounted the new new mantle the same day. We were very happy with the care he took as he did the project, including adding an additional way to secure the mantle to the wall so not even one of our famous earthquakes could move it from its mountings. Really excellent work. We would definitely hire him again. Patrick"

"We love our new deck, and it’s all thanks to SGB. It was a pleasure working with SGB from start to finish. They are communicative, timely, and professional. Most importantly, they stayed within the original quoted price. Can’t wait to work with them again on future projects!"

"Patrick Royal from Royal Premium Homes did an excellent job. My bathroom looks amazing. I could not be happier with it. He took the time to do the job correctly. Very trustworthy. I would hire him again."

"Bob is great to work with. He communicates clearly, sets expectations for timing and costs and regularly exceeds those expectations. He is a joy to work with. I picked deck installation which he did, but he also replaced doors and windows, repaired cinderblocks, got us a new roof, and did landscaping work and other jobs at our house in Dillon Beach. I highly recommend Bob and Precedent Construction."

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"We are beyond thrilled with our new deck built by Expert Home Builders! We had a bit of a tricky backyard layout, but the team worked around every challenge with creativity and skill. They were super respectful of our property, and the crew worked quietly and cleanly throughout the project. I loved that they kept communication open the entire time — no guessing games about what was happening or when. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship is just second to none. "Excellent contractor! I hired Palm Construction to buold a deck and I decided to go with this company because they gave me best quality-price ratio. This project went very smoothly thanks to Mike and his great team. They did excellent job and my deck is awesome! Thank you Palm Construction!"

"Alex did a great job. He worked with me and understood what I wanted and knew how to go about getting there. His price was reasonable, he was very personable and punctual for the estimate and the work. I would highly recommend him and his company. I would also not hesitate to call him back for other work since he also does handyman repairs."
