"Our townhouse crawl space was so wet that cypress roots were growing under our house. The first floor living area and garage were damp and had odors from the crawl space. LRE performed a crawl space encapsulation including a perimeter drainage system, heavy plastic sheeting, sump pump, dehumidifier, and airtight access doors. Zach was the crew leader assisted by Tim and Ryan. During the 3 1/2 day project I was always informed when they would arrive to begin work. At the end of each work day Zach did a progress debrief with me - and the areas by the crawl access doors were swept clean. After completion the odors were gone and the indoor humidity was under control. The crew was very polite and respectful. I have worked in construction myself and can say that the work was first rate. Good job!"

"From start to finish, completely professional, even with my time snags. We had carpet damage from former pets removed and my changing from tile to LVP, and even upgrading the trim. We tiled the front entryway and then transitioned to LVP into our livingroom and dinning area. Luckily there was no water damage! We had her come by and see the project Monday, had an estimate by Thursday and were able to schedule the next Monday. By Wednesday the tile was grouted and washed and ready for Fridayâ s company! For my first project it was a lot easier than I imagined, and may do bedrooms and hallway soon."
