"I can't remember the gentleman's name who did the work, but he explained everything about the project. He did an amazing job and was respectful not only to me and my property, but also to my neighbors. He cleaned up after and I was happy to have clean, functional, and secure gutters.at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Nickel City Property Maintenance."

"My husband and I bought an old home three years ago with the intention of fixing it up and making it our own. Needless to say, we have dealt with our fair share of contractors and have seen it all—the good, the bad, and the ugly. Jose and WNY Engineering have been among the best and easiest contractors to work with. Jose responded to our request for estimate immediately and offered a fair quote for the job. He and his team were punctual and efficient and did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop with updates regarding the project. I would recommend Jose and his crew without hesitation. They are at the top of our list for contractors to call for future projects."

"Roger was a delight to work with. He built a deck for me and painted my living room. He does amazing work!!"

"We just had Scarpone and Sons replace our roof in the middle of winter!! They chose the perfect day to rip off the existing roof and replace it in a little over a day. Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy! I highly recommend them to do YOUR roof. In fact we recommended them to a couple that were thinking of replacing their roof."

"Really pleased with the work of Nick and his team. Used them for a custom furniture build and then again for a small kitchen project. Very responsive and professional. Would recommend and use again in the future."

"I hired American Exteriors to side my garage and update the flashing and trim on the front of my house to freshen it up. Steve and his crew were very professional, thurough and fast. I have had some very bad experiences with some contractors and was very impressed with the quality of work. I had some unique issues with the update to my house and Steve and his crew always had a solution. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs exterior work done on their homes."

"Don was very professional. He was always at our home when he was scheduled. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. He was always available if we had a question. We are pleased with our newly renovated basement."

"Jason made the whole experience easy and he seeks to make sure he is doing the job you expect."

"We had cracks in the dyed mortar of the bricks above our garage. Grady took the time to match the color, even with the color having aged 10 years, and you would not even be able to tell that there was new mortar. If your project is anything like ours, you will not be disappointed."
