"Gerardo is super nice and very trustworthy! He and his helper worked hard, despite periodic rain during the two days job. They replaced several deck planks, re-secured the stairs to the deck and built an enclosed wood cabinet to hide and exposed radon pipe in the basement. I couldn't be happier with the results, their work ethic and attention to detail! I will calling Gerardo again soon to complete a paint job for me. Top Notch Professionals! Respectfully, Todd Patnesky"

"We recently had to replace our deck. We received four bids and Webbs Framing was by far the lowest, which made us a bit wary at first. Pat Webb does the work himself, usually with the help of one or two other carpenters. During the construction period there were several days of inclement weather which kept Pat off the job, but he showed up on time every day we expected him. He also kept us informed of any issues which could delay the project, and he took the initiative to work on Saturday and Sunday when needed to keep the project moving. We began receiving compliments from neighbors even before the new deck was completed. Pat added a few nice touches (with our consent) which really make the deck stand out. Even with the changes, the final cost was within 10% of the original estimate. I recommend Webbs Framing without hesitation to anyone needing deck repair or replacement."

"Ken was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with!! He is an incredible craftsman and our project turned out better than we could ever have imagined. He is honest and very communicative and we could not possibly recommend him more!!! Hire Ken for all of your decking needs. You will not be disappointed."

"Larry Emerson with Prepper Construction turned my nearly 30 year outdoor furniture from weathered to like new. Completed 15 pieces in one day, sanding off the rust and wear and adding the matte black finish. Quick response, fair estimate, delivered on his estimate, skilled for the task, friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend."

"Reindeer did an excellent job working on our drywall repairs around the home. Definitely would hire him to do work for us again in the future."

"Stan was such a pleasure to work with! Every step of the process was easy, professional, & a business & owner with integrity! Rare these days. He completed the job in record time & did a beautiful job on replacing my broken & aging stairs to my patio. Not only was the work & service extraordinary, he cleaned up afterwards & went above & beyond to clean up the patio of any trace of construction materials & mud that came in from the backyard. I would highly recommend Stan & Home Advantage Services. Top notch!!"

"My husband worked very closely with the builder, the job was done to both our expectations and more, it was also done in timely manner. I love my new deck, it is absolutely gorgeous!!!"

"Jesse did a series of small jobs for us and each one was done very well. My house was built in 1905 so each job also came with its own unpredictable complications. And in each case he figured out how to complete the job. I absolutely recommend these guys, and Jesse in particular."

"I hired Founder's Renovation to replace a bathtub, repair the surrounding walls, and tile the shower, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. Thomas was easy to work with, explained what needed to be done in plain terms, and didn’t try to upsell or overcomplicate anything. The tub install was clean, the wall repairs blended in nicely, and the tile work looks great. He showed up when he said he would and kept the area tidy, which I really appreciated. Overall, solid work, fair pricing, and no stress. I would definitely call Founder's Renovation again."

"It went very good. Finished in 8 days; start to finish. The plumber, carpenter, and project manager were very professional, punctual, reliable, and very good to work with. I would recommend them to my friends and use them again myself."
