Remodel Specialists made my vision of a new bathroom come true and even made it better than I could imagine!! From the quote given by the owner Jim Godre to the meetings with Jim, Sarah , and Nic everything was so positive. The people they employ have worked for them many years and you can tell they enjoy working for the owners. The tile layer, Ruben is very talented and made some excellent suggestions about the layout of the tile and adding some travertine in specific places. This just enriched the entire look of the bathroom. Ruben and his assistant, Ismael, have a lot of pride in their work and take great care to make sure it is done right and the way I wanted it. They are amazing! Rossvin (electrical), Serigo (drywall and paint), Lui (cabinet maker). and Brandon (plumbing and carpenter) were just on point with the finished product. The room looks like it is out of a magazine.

The process was very well organized. They came and covered all areas with heavy duty plastic to make sure no damaged would occur. They cleaned up everyday and Bob (the trash and delivery man) would come and take away all garbage. I knew who was coming and what was happening the afternoon of the day before as Trevor would email me the next day's work schedule. The even worked around a doctor's appointment I had. Their materials are top notch- paint, trim, grout all the best. Sarah is the office manager and she was so valuable in listening to any concerns or answering questions. I am so thankful I found this company on Angie's List and hope to use them again.

"The few odd jobs I had went really well and I would highly recommend. Responsiveness was immediate and I was very pleased with how quick they were. "Tom Ruddell ,sales manager, was initial company contact and stayed with me up to actual construction:.worked thru scheduling and detail design and quotation issues. VERY easy to work with and very professional. Returned calls/email in a very timely fashion. Tearing out and rebuild not a normal project for Company:: usually build from scratch or tear out completely and then totally rebuild. They did a super job with this project:. Pillars had no damage whatsoever, the superstructure fit with existing column bracket holes, no damage to flagstone patio floor and plants very close to work area were not damaged (the latter an obsessive priority). Construction start was critical and they honored it. Worked with owner during construction: Martin Sullivent. He is quality and safety driven of which we share the same passion. Easy to work with and came up with a creative solution ( and safer) location for electrical switch and outlet. Installed owner purchased fan and all electrical to the building: this was the only portion subcontracted and I would hire the electrician again on ANY project. (Electrical was already physically at the building but wiring at the building completely new.) Martin was a hands on project manager and very quality oriented..Workman ship FAR exceeded expectations: rounded corners everywhere, hid the electrical lines; replaced lumber- no charge -that they thought not highest quality enough; all treated lumber with exceptional grain qualities, etc. Two very hard workers who were easy to be around and clearly knew what they were doing/accomplished carpenters.. Stain by others. Otherwise, "turn key". I spoke to four companies regarding this project. Sullivent Services was NOT the low bidder but they were competitive. They were chosen because (1)they were the most professional and thorough regarding the bidding process, (2) they clearly had the design capability better than others (3) they had more creative use of wood in their proposal.(4) they were very sensitive to my priorities/concerns. Overall i would hire them again for another project.. ."

"They gave me a reasonable quote.  The owner told us he would be the one doing the work and that he had outstanding workers and that was not true.   The guy that was doing the tile had never done it before. They were teaching him on the job and he ended up chipping tile adjacent to where he was working and he never repaired it. He also said he was putting in sloid wood doors and they were not wood, they were made in China and he charged me extra for those. He was also going to complete all the cabinetry and he did not do that.  After the work was finish and I had the balance of the contract, he sent his son to get $855 and he said that was because he had to change the scope of work and he hired an electrician which we had to pay out of pocket which was another $800. I paid him directly to do some additional work as well. He came back and said I must pay him extra for the solid core, for extra tiles and the patch holes because of the work the electrician did. No one said any extra charges were made. I did not pay it, when he started the work I ask and if he said he can do it but he did not tell me it would be an extra charge.  I thought that was unprofessional and he did not keep his promise to be on the job every day and the painter did a lousy job. They said they fired the painter and they rehired him. he did not do the drying rods, shelves and rocks for additional hanging space, a cabinet, a counter top and he brought  a carpenter in to give me a separate quote when it as to be included."
