"Winston installed a beautiful wrought iron railing extending up two steps and ending on the concrete landing of our front porch. He came when he said he would come and completed the work as promised efficiently and meticulously. I will use him again if I need welding done."

"Excellent! Designer Dena Stansbury is excellent! The installation crew was also very good. We are very pleased with the company."

"We were about to scrap our project after the first contractor Beltway Builders came out for an estimate. The price they quoted was so high we were going to forgoe this project and spend the money elsewhere. The 7th state builders came out and their representative Dan was knowledgeable, professional and worked with me to come up with a design we loved and met our budget which was half the price quoted by Beltway Builders. It really felt like he cared more about our satisfaction than getting as much money as he could from us."

"The crew that arrived to do my siding were just wonderful. They were quick and very efficient. The project managers Dylan and Darius were very courteous and answered any questions we had promptly. Id highly recommend them to work on any project you may have. They need to be given raises with the level of commitment. The job was just fabulous."

"Excellent personal skills and professional demeanor. We will hire this contractor again."

"Loved the quality and craftsmanship!"

"MC Fence & Deck did an amazing job on our new vinyl fence! We wanted something low maintenance but stylish, and they delivered exactly what we asked for. John was super helpful from the start, walking us through our options and giving honest recommendations. The crew worked fast and left the yard clean when they finished. We highly recommend them if you need a fence. Great service and fair pricing!"

"Mike did a great job! Will definitely recommend him to my neighbors. Front porch looks like new again. And the siding is much brighter. I may hire him again later to do the extended sidewalk in front of my house. SUper easy to communicate and I didn't have to take off work to be here for the service."

"They have always done a top notch, professional job and have performed on time and within the estimated costs. I have no qualms about recommending them for almost any type of work in the house. This work took place as a number of separate tasks over a two to three year period and they consistently performed high quality work at a reasonable cost."

"Painters arrived exactly on time and accomplished all tasks the same day. The manually stripped the deck and applied two coats of stain. They carefully cleaned and then painted the foundation concrete as it had got dirty over the years. They also scraped, caulked and painted a large bump-out window off our living room.
