"Chad kept us informed all through the project of our new composite deck and screened porch. Always showed up on time and worked very hard. Very detailed work and made sure everything was correct. Great job of cleaning up after the job"

"Very friendly to work with, good quality work for reasonable price. Returned deck furniture and lights that had to be removed for their work, to their original spots. Would recommend!"

"Professional workmanship, ethical experience-based evaluation, exceptional customer service. Evans LLC, Inc. quickly responded to our request on “Angie’s” and asked for photos. Within 48hrs. a project manager arrived, patiently discussed our needs/concerns and made recommendations. He left us with a chart to select a paint colors. Our deck was restored using new wood in affected areas rather than totally replaced as some companies had suggested. Water damage on the bottom of an entry door frame was repaired rather than replaced. Kudos to Evan’s expert carpenter/painter. Our gutters and garage door glowed after pressure washing rather than painting. We decided to repaint our front porch railings and columns; a few years ago a previous painter did a poor job. We are pleased by our exceptional experience with Evans LLC, Inc. and are eager to “pass the word” to our family and friends."

"Angel and his team were always on time, extremely polite and attentive, listened to all my thoughts and concerns, never left behind any type of mess, and above all else were meticulous when it came to their work."

"Travis was a joy to work with every step of the way. He was very responsive from beginning to end. He fixed our drawer slides at a reasonable price with quality work. I recommend Travis without hesitation. He is a man who will do what he promises. I would not hesitate to use him again."

"I have a very old out with extremely out of date gutters and in a wooded area. I was nervous to hire just anyone. But Stephen and his team were so professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease and the price was so much cheaper than their competitors. It was a no brainer. Thank you Lead Freedom!"
