"  I am an experienced Real Estate agent of almost 50 years. I only wish I had met Mr Stannard of Two By Four Construction years ago.
We were preparing to put our home on the market to sell. Mr Stannard  was very helpful in recommending cost saving methods .  Mr Stannard devised a work plan that allowed his workers to be able to complete their jobs with as little intrusion into our lives as possible. The floors came out beautiful.
I would be happy to recommend Mr. Stannard and Two By Four Construction to my personal clients as well as Aby one on Angie's List."

"I am a developer in the DC area. They do all of my work. They are the most cost-effective and most reliable welding company in the area. The best quality work as well."

"We hired Carlos and Oscar to do some landscaping around our house and it was done perfectly. They did exactly what we needed and were so professional and courteous. We will definitely be asking them to come back in the fall and some other project we have in mind."

"The crews were very professional and they worked to get all of our problems resolved. We love the results from our new windows and siding."

"I cannot say enough positive things about Oscar and the team at JW Home Improvement. Oscar's abilities as a finish carpenter are the best we've seen in any home improvement project in our time in DC. He went above and beyond and demonstrated considerable personal pride in his work. He was an absolute joy to work with and we're grateful for the quality of the work he did to our home. We needed a 100 year old staircase reinforced and refreshed and Oscar painstakingly matched stain colors, repaired the area the staircase, and worked to correct bad work that was done in the past. Unbelievable value and workmanship in a marketplace that is filled with contractors that promise one thing and deliver something much less. We will absolutely contact JW Home Improvement again in the future and as specifically to work with Oscar because of the quality of his work and the positivity of his personality. Thanks again Oscar!"
