We wanted our house to be ready to carry us through retirement with minimal issues. So our renovations were from the studs out. This included plumbing, electrical, wall insulation and termite repair. We love working with Mr. Smith. He is unflappable. His integrity, calm demeanor, expert workmanship and customer focus is what sets him apart from other competitors. "Overall the staff I dealt with were very nice and professional showed up at the appointment time. One thing I did not realize is that the appointment would take a while as they really go into the details of designing a closet based on your direct input and specifications. Unfortunately I had to end the meeting as I had another vendor coming to provide a quote and didn't realize the amount of time that was required of the appointment (my husband had set it up). Honestly for someone like me and the type of house I have I wanted to something quality but not overly specific to my taste I'm all about putting in enhancements to my home that will last the tests of time and ever changing style preferences."
