He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. "FIVE STARS, an â Aâ for HOME2RENOVATE! My brother and I requested estimates from various licensed contractors to renovate the exterior of our 88 year old home. The existing exterior paint was peeling, the walls were uneven with cracks and the wood window frames were rotten. Basically the exterior was a big ugly mess. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22.
