"Gerardo is super nice and very trustworthy! He and his helper worked hard, despite periodic rain during the two days job. They replaced several deck planks, re-secured the stairs to the deck and built an enclosed wood cabinet to hide and exposed radon pipe in the basement. I couldn't be happier with the results, their work ethic and attention to detail! I will calling Gerardo again soon to complete a paint job for me. Top Notch Professionals! Respectfully, Todd Patnesky"

"I was in the process of selling my home and needed several maintenance and repair items addressed, including drywall patching, minor carpentry repairs, fixture adjustments, and general touch-up work throughout the house. I was referred to Thomas through a friend, and he came highly recommended. From the initial walkthrough to completion, he was professional, organized, and extremely efficient. Thomas clearly understood what needed to be done to prepare the home for sale and completed the work without unnecessary delays. His efficiency and attention to detail made the process smooth and stress-free. I would confidently recommend him to anyone needing reliable, professional assistance when preparing a home for sale."
