"This project was very challenging: tight lot, very complex steel structure, vicious neighbors and city inspectors. Marco gave us a very good estimate, and we decided to hire him. Soon after we poured foundation, we had to halt the construction (it was an unrelated issue) for over a year. Marco was very patient and waited until we settled that issue and could resume the work.
