He did a fantastic job at repairing the drywall and all the drywall seams, as well as handling the whole ceiling that was in pretty terrible shape. He went above and beyond to find a special seam tape for ceiling joints that would not rupture. He also sent me daily pictures as to how things were turning out. The end result was absolutely great. He was also honest and up front with me when the paint on the ceiling and walls was just not sticking, and also was not covering. Rather than attempt to paint drywall that was doing weird things "he had never seen before in 30 years", he called to let me know he he thought there was no way that the painting would turn out even remotely good. Rather than waste time and money, we agreed to end the work there until I could figure out what was going on. In my opinion, that is true honesty and integrity."

"Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."

"FANTASTIC!! Wish I could give more than five stars. Michael went above and beyond. We initially bought three ceiling fans to be installed and the first one…after it was installed did not work. I ran back to Lowe’s to buy a fourth fan and Michael moved on to the second ceiling fan by the time I got back he was able to take the first one down that didn’t work and install the new one I bought. Michael didn’t leave until we understood how to run the remotes. Michael was friendly. He arrived in the time window he specified. Tidy (he took away all of the garbage from the boxes). He stayed longer than expected because of the broken fan. My husband and I were very impressed! I would not hesitate to hire Michael again."
