He came to meet with me at which time he thoroughly evaluated my home and provided me with an estimate that was right in my budget. Through his training he assessed my home to have lead paint, told me that the city required lead abatement and explained the procedure. John kept in constant contact with me from beginning to end giving me updates and progress of the renovation and abatement project. I never fully realized the complicated process that comes along with lead abatement and fortunately his workers held an upstanding workmanlike manor throughout the whole renovation by keeping a safe and clean environment.
