I know is a late review though the feeling is the same :) I met with Angelo in the winter of 2019 - a tree had fallen over our roof, we had damage in different areas of the house including the deck. I will make it efficient for you guys; 1. They worked around my budget and went above and beyond 2. They cleaned up after themselves every time 3. Staff was extremely respectful. No music, or Loud conversations and absolutely nice. We enjoyed getting coffee for them and sweets for late afternoon snacks. 4. They will get the job done the way you have imagined it, not the way they think is best. 5. Angelo understands your needs and will help you get as much load off your shoulders as possible. 6. Clean finishes. Sharp paint skills. Detailed focused. 7. Angelo understands how the HOI works, and all the possible ways things could end up working out, so we were always prepared and the job came to finish under the full given budget by the HOI co. 7. I hired him for a few other things at home. 8. They did; new roof, full master bath reno, master wall, second bath ceiling, guest room wall+ceiling, kids room wall + ceiling, second-floor whole-way ceiling, kitchen ceiling, deck reno + pain, AC repairs, paint outside and inside, gutters. They are truly awesome, it was a blessing from heaven having them to help us deal with so much stuff. If I have more projects to do at home I will be calling Angelo again."

"I purchased a multifamily house with 2 stories. The 2nd floor had 1 inch original hardwood from 1920 that laid on the floor joists so you could hear every footstep downstairs and my tenants almost moved out. I hired Cesar to take on a tedious and technical ceiling soundproofing technique for the apartment using RSCI rubber clips, hat channels, insulation, and making the 1st floor airtight. I was so impressed with how he was able to juggle handling my tenant for 2 weeks, compensating for delayed shipping by driving 3 hours to New York and picking up the materials himself to make sure we meet the deadline, redoing 1 entire room at his loss and not charging me for it because the original technique we tried did not work, and listening and working with me to make sure we didn't miss any details that would cause sound transfer (and this was impressive because I am very detail oriented). My tenants moved in and were very impressed by the finished looked of the new ceilings and crown molding. We saw a sound improvement of about 15 STC in both airborne and impact noise. It cut down sound transfer by 2/3 in the 1st floor apartment. I will be adding rubber underlayment upstairs underneath the new flooring to completely block out the rest of the impact noise that transfers from the floor above to the walls downstairs that support it! I'll be calling Cesar and his crew again."

"Heart & Saul was a flier - they're not local to me, but I saw favorable reviews and reached out for an initial visit. I believe the office is close to a 45 minute drive away, but the owner was very willing to add our location to her cleaning rotation. She scheduled the initial cleaning within a week of the first call, and they showed up as promised - cleaning staff and owner - to do a walk-through. An earlier negative review mentioned "sticker shock" for the spring cleaning service, and our initial cleaning was expensive - approximately $700, which was higher than I wanted to budget. Having said that, THEY DO GOOD WORK. Floor to ceiling cleaning - windows, baseboards, regular furniture, cupboards - they cleaned our toaster oven... After seeing how a clean house looks/feels, we scheduled regular two-week visits. The other cleaning teams did a reasonable job for a lot less, but I received a text from my wife after the most recent Heart & Saul visit - "seriously, I love our cleaning people." No more arguments about cost - it's higher than I wanted - but the house looks great (they cleaned the dog's bowls...) and that peace of mind is worth the expense."

They found the leak in less then 10 minutes , scheduled the work to be open on the following day and fixed the leak . I will definitely hire them to come and do my full roof in the summer .
