"Rachel Baptist Church hired them to clean there deep firer, 6 burner stove , and the exhaust fan for there stove, all of those items have not be professionally cleaned for some time. Once they completed the job the Church was very pleased and impressed with the quality of there results. We are going to setup a cleaning schedule for them to maintain the kitchen appliances. "Initial quote was great, but it took 7 return trips to get the job completed. The biggest issue was the man quoting it and the people doing the work don't seem to communicate. I had to keep calling them back and asking them to complete the job. They did not communicate well as to when they would do the work. Twice I took a day off work with the understanding they would finish the job. Once they showed up and did 20 min of work and said they had to go to the shop and would be back the next day. The other I called and asked where they were and they said they couldn't make it and would be out the next day. In the end, the work is good, but you have to stay on top of them to get the work completed."

"My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

"4/15. On Mar 3. They showed up on time. It rain the next day. However, they mad it up in time. It was only two people and they painted and repaired my whole house in four days. The representative who set this up came out, gave me a very good price and was very professional. They didn't take any money until the job was finished and we did a final walk thru. I will definitely recommend them to anybody and will use this company again. I'm very impressed!"
