Frank, the owner, worked closely with us throughout, being thorough in his initial assessment in measurements of the roof, ordering roofing materials, explaining the process, etc. Because our existing roof underwent storm/wind damage, Frank even helped coordinate with our insurance company's adjuster, who also inspected the roof. We found Frank's proposal to be quite fair as compared to that of other contractors with whom we had consulted. Roofing materials were ordered and delivered as scheduled and the project was begun on time. Under Frank's supervision, it was completed in a timely manner.
