"Robert came out and was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained the mold was small and not an issue. He discovered what we thought to be chipmunks that nested in our attic. He explained it was not harmful, but if it was his home, he would remove insulation and clean thoroughly. That's what we did. We scheduled a date for his team to come back, and they were very thorough! They worked all day up there which was a warm day and cleaned every corner. I did not see any droppings whatsoever. Professional, hardworking, intelligent folks. Could not be more pleased with their work!"

"The crew built a 100 ft long section of 6 ft cedar shadow box fencing. They were able to raise the bottom up by one ft for a total height of 7 ft. It is absolutely stunning!"

As I solicited multiple bids for the work NE Renovations was among the most competitive. As the work was completed I was so pleased I ended requesting he come back to do additional jobs. He was very accomadating and even explained various options on how best to accomplish the additional work.
