The next step would be , to either bring the materials needed or have them delivered by reputable local companies. Upon starting we cover everything in the work area ,doors ,floors, windows and cabinets or whatever the case may be . when working , it is our goal to keep any mess to minimum( we also give you the option to take any and all waste away for an additional fee ) in the encapsulated work area. "I took three quotes and Bright was in the middle, but I had worked with them a few years ago on an exterior painting project at same home. I was pleased with their work then, so I chose to work with them again. This is an excellent company to work with and I am very happy with the result. Workers were prompt, efficient, careful and clean. Quality is excellent. Also company owner, Celso, very attentive to my scheduling needs. No muss, no fuss, project completed."

"We hired Mike's crew to do a fairly good sized bit of work on our house that began in Dec of 2017 and was completed in May of 2018. -- SCOPE OF JOB -- - Building out an entirely new Full bathroom (with a large walk-in shower) - removing 3 dilapidated balconies, walling over (1) that was internal wall only (yes, it was a balcony INSIDE the house), walling over (1) that was an external wall, and replacing (1) with a large, new pair of double-hung windows - a complete and total renovation of the kitchen, installing all new cabinets and countertops, all new plumbing and electrical, all new tile floor and tile backsplash, new over-range hood vent, and new lighting, etc. - part of the kitchen reno included opening up a load-bearing wall to expand footprint of kitchen a bit, which, naturally, involved working with a structural engineer and dealing with requisite permitting - full demo and removal of an awkwardly installed fireplace and flue (not original to the house), which required patching of the roof above and the wood floor below - running plumbing and electrical necessary to place washer/dryer in the Den - nearly full renovation of 2 full and 1 half bathrooms: the 2 full bathtubs were left, but all had new vanity, sink, floor tiling, toilet, lighting - correcting water damage due to badly installed plumbing and exterior walls by previous owners - patching and completely reshingling part of the roof - putting up new cedar shingling along front and back of house where balconies were removed - fixing/patching damaged parque flooring by using extra "squares" picked up from area to be used for new bathroom - running new electrical circuits, as-needed - dealing with buliding, electrical, and plumbing permits and inspections with the town - a bunch of interior painting: all the bathrooms, all ceilings in the entire house, and a few of the larger rooms - installing 2 new ceiling fans, including one from a 16' ceiling - and probably a few other things I've missed. This was not a small job. -- QUALITY OF WORK -- Let's start with the end. The final product was GOOD QUALITY WORK. There's not a person who's walked into the house who hasn't said, "Wow, they did a great job!" -- and they did. The entire time I felt like they cared about how everything came out as if it was their own house. -- COST -- They charged a fair price. I never felt like they were nickel-and-dime-ing me. I'm sure you could probably find someone to do it a little cheaper, but they provide a really good bang for your buck. - THE INTANGIBLES - I live 250 miles away from the house, which presented a whole host of challenges on this project. I can't imagine having done this with anyone other than Mike's crew. For example, when crap hit the fan after a storm, they were on-site and taking care of things before I even had a chance to really freak out about it. They helped me with receiving items being shipped to the house -- appliances, materials, etc ... and not just taking the thing inside, but actually inspecting the item in question to make sure it wasn't damaged. More than once they caught a damaged item and saved my skin. It was like having someone I trusted on-site all the time. And you can't put a price tag on that. -- WHAT THEY ARE NOT -- They are not designers, so come with plans for what you want to do. I also get the sense that this project was on the larger end of projects that they deal with and, as such, I had to keep on top of the project, the progress, and the incoming invoices. I'm sure if you're just doing a bathroom or just a kitchen reno, or just putting in a new set of windows ... then this doesn't even pop up as an issue. -- AT THE END OF THE DAY -- I would use them again. In fact, I'll probably be reaching out to them soon for a quote on some roofing work ... because it's never done."

"Vista has come to our house, especially a particular gentleman. Really knowledgeable, very professional. They do several different things. I have had them out to do estimates on gutters. We have not hired them for anything. To give you an idea, when they've come out I was very happy to open the door and see it was the same guy that has come several times to do several things. I interview several people. Not only did he come, and it's a little confusing to me because it has to do with ventilation and insulation, and excuse my language but there is a whole freaking science to this thing, but the owner actually came out. Not only did they keep in communication by computer, the owner actually came out and reinforced the whole education and what needs to be done. I was really thrilled with that. I thought that was beyond the call of duty. I am sorry I was not able to go with them, but I would certainly say as far as customer service relationship, excellent. The information was excellent. Not bothered by the fact that he had to come out more than one time for the same kind of information. I've never had the opportunity to hire them. But I've never been disappointed. They will take the time, they will talk to you, they will educate you, and they will actually give you the best price they can possibly give you. I got educated so that when my  husband came home I could explain to him what is going on. I can't rate their work, but as far as their generosity of time and caring, it's off the charts. I don't know about price because this is a whole new area to me. They were amazing. I have to tell you I have had them out several times as I said, it's Vista Home Improvements so they do several things, but I feel kind of bad that I am yet to hire them. I am trying to think exactly where Vista is out of, but for the owner to com about to your house. We're talking about a wrap around attic. We are talking about getting on your hands and knees and crawling around."

"Cedar shingle roof, original with house built in 1996, never cleaned. The roof in good condition but with lots of lichen, moss, etc. growing on it. Time for cleaning. Found it difficult to find anyone to clean a cedar roof, but in the end got 3 quotes and this one was in the middle of the three. They arrived on time and spent the entire day (almost 12 hours) doing the job, which includes climbing ladders with hoses, cleaning sections after section at a time-- and making sure all shingles are firmly affixed. The roof looks great, but they had to come back a few days later when a big wind had some shingles flying around because they had not been checked carefully. They also had to clean up the muddy debris that came off the roof and had settled in the flower beds near the house. Problem was their runoff tubing was not long enough to carry the debris to a safe place. Also, the material to clean the roof is a hot water base and some of it burned up spots on the lawn, which we had to reseed.
Overall, since I knew nothing about cleaning a cedar roof, nor was I home 100% of time, I think if I had it to do again, I would hire these folks, but I would stay around and ensure that the debris was being carried far away from the house and the hot water was not landing on the lawn.

FAQs for acoustic ceiling tiles install projects in Siasconset, MA

A drop ceiling is a type of secondary ceiling that is dropped down below the actual ceiling of a room, hence the name. It’s made up of ceiling tiles (made of fiberboard, foam, wood, metal, or plastic) supported by a metal grid. The space between the drop ceiling and the structural ceiling can be used to hide wiring, pipes, and HVAC ducts.

Most drop ceiling installations take about two to three days, including the time needed to build the grid frame, install it, and place each ceiling tile properly. Your installation might take more time if you need to modify plumbing, HVAC ducts, or electrical wiring to accommodate the new ceiling.

Most drop ceilings require a clearance of at least three inches from the structural ceiling, though you’ll likely need more than that to make space for pipes, ducts, lights, fans, sprinklers, or wiring. In many places, building codes require a minimum ceiling height of seven feet, which can limit the amount of clearance you’ll have between your drop ceiling and structural ceiling.

Yes, you can paint a drop ceiling, but it’s not always recommended. Painting a drop ceiling can sometimes void your warranty because using improper paint or technique can cause the tiles to sag. Paint can also negatively affect the fire resistance, soundproofing, and light reflection of the panels. Consider these downsides before taking on ceiling painting costs.
