We had already purchased some of the supplies to DIY our drop ceiling after I was frustrated with other contractors not returning my calls or e-mails. When Michael called, I explained to him our plight, and not having a giant truck or work van, it would be a total pain to return some of the 12 foot pieces of ceiling track. He said that while he typically wants to supply all parts for the job to ensure the quality of the components, if the parts we purchased were correct, he could use them. That was such a relief. He was fair on his pricing, and he made sure we were satisfied with all parts of the work. The quality of the work was incredible. I am so glad I didn't try to do this job myself. Along the way Gary answered many emails and calls in a timely manner, usually within the hour. He gave me updates of when certain parts of the project would be worked on and made suggests on things that I hadn’t thought about ( like replacing the drafty original windows while construction was happening). He picked out doors and ceiling fans that were perfect since I am not good at decorating. Because GJP has all their own contractors there was no wait time between the remodeling of the walls and the electrical work that needed to be done.
