"Nick went above and beyond and identified and addressed issues he noticed, when working on our project to replace and/or repair the bathroom ceiling and wall required due to water damage. He also upgraded our vanity/sink, faucet and medicine cabinet. Since he noticed the need to caulk the the toilet, he advised of the need and took care of it. Also, he identified the need to replace the tile in the shower/tub area and will be taking care of that for us to prevent water damage. If Nick noticed some issue/concern, he mentioned it and offered to resolve it. Also, Nick patched drywall cracks and holes along the ceiling/wall living room and in a hallway closet and living room wall, and everything looks so much better. He provides excellent craftsmanship and is a trustworthy source for advice and insight to various home projects. I have already sought Nick for work in addition to what I had initially planned, and I will contact him for future projects. He is also very generous in helping to pick-up the vanity/sink for the bathroom project.
