I needed new concrete by the garage overhead door and some new concrete by my back door. Gibran even did a few little extras for me at no additional cost. He came out to my house on Thursday and gave me an estimate. Monday morning he came out with his crew and did the job. He is the Owner of this Company and he comes out with his crew to work with them and oversees the work being done. Gibran is honest and listened to any concerns I had regarding the work and he will make suggestions if he sees a way to make it even better. "Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. As the project progressed, 2 foundation cracks were discovered which added $900 to the original estimate. Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. We haven't noticed a major improvement yet."

"It went pretty well. They tool longer than I thought, and they used a sealant (gray) that didn't match the color of our house (white) or the concrete stoop. We were planning on painting it anyway, so in the end it's not a big deal. We like Real Seal and would use them again."
