"No concrete was installed. We wanted the terrace in concrete originally believing it to be less expensive than pavers. We contacted three concrete contractors, two surveyed the job, one gave us a quote that was outrageously expensive. We contacted five paver installers, four surveyed the job, four gave quotes, and Hampton Roads Irrigation gave the best combination presentation and price. The workmanship of the finished product was excellent and they came back to inspect the work and add extra grout in some low places. Hampton Roads Irrigation employs very friendly and efficient people. I couldn't be more pleased with their work."
