"With the recent snow melt and the rain we are having this may be a timely recommendation. I hope you don’t have this need, but if you do I would like to recommend Master Service Company. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point. "A large portion of the natural stone facing had separated from the foundation and settled resulting in a large crack the length of front porch. Fernando arrived on time and assessed the problem, explained everything in detail and provided an estimate later that same day. He and his brother arrived early the next morning and removed all the natural stone from the face of the front porch and painstakingly removed the old grout from the stones in order to re-use them. This was important to me in order to match the color of the remaining portions of the stone facing. When the house was built the stone was grouted directly to the poured concrete foundation which resulted in poor adhesion. Fernando installed the proper wire mesh against the foundation and then proceeded to reset all the natural stone. They returned the next day and installed the grout. A first rate professional job all the way. Responsive, on time, job done to perfection. Couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"Highly recommended!  I contracted with Brick Solutions owner, Joe Walls, to have a badly damaged concrete driveway replaced with brick pavers.  I had previously gotten estimates for replacing the driveway with new concrete but I was concerned about damaging the roots of a very old tulip poplar tree adjacent to the driveway.  When the concrete contractor informed
me if he didn?t cut the roots he couldn?t guarantee the concrete but if he did cut the roots he could not guarantee the tree would survive, I decided to go with brick.
Joe said he could do the driveway without damaging the roots.  He broke up the old concrete with a jackhammer rather than bringing in heavy equipment.  We consulted with an arborist who told Joe what could or could not be cut.  When our plan to save a portion of the old concrete did not work out because it was too cracked Joe volunteered to break it up and replace it
with brick at no extra charge.  He worked carefully, followed all out suggestions, and managed to give us a smooth brick
driveway that looks much better than what we had before.
In short, Brick Solutions did a great job for a reasonable price and it was pleasure to work with Joe.

"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.

David was on time and very professional. He spent an appropriate amount of time evaluating the 2 areas we had requested. He documented the inspection w/ photos, measurements, and sketches. He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) We were happy to hear that our mods were going to be less complicated than originally thought and consequently less expensive. We have the peace of mind that the proposed changes are structurally sound and will be done correctly.

Did everything they advertised, however very little grass seed seemed to take root.  Not sure is issue was my soil, their seed or some other issue(s), but there were no recommendations or any follow up.  They did what they advertised, were prompt and professional - I'm just disappointed with the results.

"Guy stayed until the job was completed, he dug out and leveled the ground for a garage. Laid in 25 ton of gravel and poured the concrete. I must say when the concrete was poured he was here until he was satisfied with the job."

"Things couldn't have gone better! Darrell and his guys are utmost professionals who took the time to leave the house cleaner than we left it everyday. They were there before 8 every morning and didn't leave until about 4, which explains how they were able to complete an entire gut rehab in less than eight weeks. Darrell and his brother were very helpful to us picking out materials and styles. Several times Darrell gave us suggestions that have really made our new home look professionally done. When we didnt like how one if the bathroom doors looked, the guys took out the finished area and redid it to make sure we were pleased. His workers are the best at what they do, amazing me with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The painter never spilled a drop, and we had the whole house repainted. My wife and I are really amazed with how good everything turned out and would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a contractor. We will definitely use Mr. Fix-It in the future, and don't see how anyone who has had work performed by these guys wouldn't agree.
