"Why didn't we do it sooner?! This is a question we keep asking ourselves after seeing the quality of work done by Mr. Bowden. The white subway tile backsplash was the final step of our kitchen updating process (after appliances, lighting, countertops, cabinets, etc.) It really pulled all the changes together to create a cohesive, finished look. We hestitated for awhile since we had heard numerous stories of unprofessional contractors (ex. Not replying to messages, vaping in the house around client's children) doing subpar work (ex. placing many blemished tiles, not fully cleaning up after job.) We researched lots of contractors and selected Wayne Bowden for his superior reviews. After asking a lot of questions, we felt confident he would treat our small project with the care and preciseness we were wanting. Since he is highly sought after, we were not able to get our backsplash done right away. But, he was very up front about his timetable and we did not mind to wait in order to get it done correctly the first time. We are extremely happy with the work done and feel absolutely confident to recommend his work to others."

"Outstanding Home Improvement Company ever TOM PHELPS AND SONS CONSTRUCTION 317-502-0196 OMG! The best company I have ever used ever! I had 16,000 dollars (amt estimated by insurance) in water damage to my condo due to a neighbor's leaking washer. I obtained estimates from several different businesses that I found on Angie's List. Tom and his son and the rest of his team that have worked together for years did an outstanding job putting my condo together. They had to remove and install new Luxury Vinyl Planks, replace all baseboards, paint and caulk, trim. I added additional projects: Installed quartz countertop in kitchen; purchased new appliances that Tom and his team installed, removed old backsplash and installed new ceramic tiles. Incredibly knowledgeable, honest, worked daily and did an excellent job with the daily clean-up at the end of the day. Tom found for me the least expensive source for the quartz. As they worked, I added additional cosmetic needs through-out my condo that they repaired. There was no limit to what they were able to do and do it well. By the end of the job, I felt like they were my family! Finally his charges allowed me to do all the extra's. His pricing was too good to be true. Please think of him when you need any work done!"

"I shopped around at different companies and went with Westshore Homes because of the product. The salesman was not great, had a lot of hiccups, however the sales manager recovered nicely. The installers were amazing! Very professional, detailed work and cleaned up well. I purchased all new windows, sliding doors and my front door so it was a big project. I am very happy with the overall result despite the issues with the salesman. James, Martin, Patrick, Marc and Walter you did a great job on my job #164063 and Ryan the sales manager, excellent recovery. I would highly recommend them. This is not a inexpensive job when you decide to do this, however my house looks and feels like a completely different home. Super happy! Oh, they also were very good on safety protocols. "We had a great experience with this company and highly recommend them. From Day 1 things went smoothly- Brent is very knowledgeable and will help guide you through the process, we had no major issues with the kitchen and it turned out very well, we are very happy with it. The person who installed the cabinets did a phenomenal job, they are certainly the highlight of our kitchen. The project manager is very easy to reach and communicates well, and he even fixed our old dishwasher for us! Every project will come with some delays and issues, it’s just part of it. Brent will make sure it gets done, and make it right, even if he has to come out and install it himself the day after surgery! That said we did have an issue getting our appliances, NOT related to Centennial, Brent and Dave took care of the issue very quickly. All in all, they are easy to reach, always available by text and email. We are hoping to hire this company again this year!"

"Everything was amazing!  Mike and Judy were very detail oriented and offered suggestions about layout.  Judy was able to foresee possible problems with some of my ideas and was able to explain how we could accommodate my wishes in a more user-friendly way.  She also offered ideas of features that she and her other clients had put in their kitchens or wished they had put in their kitchens.  For example, she suggested that I have a cabinet dedicated to containing my wastebasket.  She also warned me of features that she knew from experience had not worked out well.  I had the option of having knife holders installed in a drawer.  She knew that people who installed those were not happy with them.  Mike made lots of suggestions about the locations of the lights and of the outlets and switches.  These were things that I would never have thought about.  
She took me to Indianapolis to pick out the granite for my countertop.  She was able to talk the granite supplier into a lower price. Next we went to a tile store to choose my backsplash.  With her help, I was able to choose a backsplash that is PERFECT. After a long day of decision making, Judy took me out to lunch, her treat.
The work was completed in a timely fashion.  Both Mike and Judy made sure that I was happy with everything in the completed project before asking for my final payment.  They even had an amazing gift for me.  They had the granite fabricator make a Lazy Susan out of the granite that was my countertop.  It is gorgeous and useful.  What a wonderful surprise that was.
Judy called me a month or two after the job was finished to make sure that everything was still to my satisfaction and encouraged me to call her if I ever had a problem with any of their work.
When Mike finished the job, he cleaned up all of his work area in my garage so that it looked as though he had never been there.
Who could ask for more??  I am delighted with my new kitchen.
I plan to hire them again to remodel a bathroom.
