"Incredible quality of workmanship. Planned and scheduled with obvious professional skill. Complete end to end service; including movement of existing furniture and appliances; removal of existing floor materials; application of cement board; tiling; finish molding; transition pieces and various repairs and leveling services to an older dwelling. Return furniture and appliances to original location and complete cleanup. Along the way , incredible consideration and kindness shown to our elderly mother throughout the entire project-including shared donuts and coffee. Cannot express how much we appreciated working with this family operated company and how we believe we received quality workmanship and personal care. Our mother viewed them as friends."

"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so it’s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already. We have multiple properties and I think we have found our new property manager."
